Yesterday at GB Posters HQ we experienced a problem with our internal orders system, this has prevented us from being able to despatch any orders since yesterday morning (Wednesday 17th October). We are currently doing all that we can to fix the problem and expect normal service to resume shortly. This problem affects orders placed on or after the morning of Tuesday 16th October, if your order was placed before this date then it is possible that your order has already been despatched.
Our first priority is to deliver your order as soon as possible, but there is likely to be some delay beyond the usual delivery expectation. We will however be sending out your order on an upgraded delivery service in order to minimise the delay (Royal Mail 1st Class if you have ordered posters or small items, next day courier service if you have ordered an order containing a frame or large item).
