Use the basket icon when you are ready to check out. The checkout is quick and easy. The first time you check-out, your delivery address and your billing address will be stored with your password, making return visits even easier.
The Basket
This page displays the contents of your shopping basket. On this page you can add and remove items to your shopping basket. Change the number in the quantity box to change the quantity of your order and then click the update button to refresh the contents of your basket. To remove an item from your basket click on the remove button.
Click continue to go to the Sign In page.
Sign In
New Customers: If you are a new customer, select the Create Account button at the bottom of the page. You will be directed to the Delivery Address page.
Existing Customers: When you place your first order you will be asked to give us your email address and a password on the receipt page.
Each time you return to the site, use your email address and password to Fast Track your order.
Do this by typing your email address and password into the sign in page under Existing Customers. Click the ‘Fast Track my Order’ button to go straight to the payment page.
Forgotten Your Password
If you do happen to forget your password, on the sign in page click on the ‘Remind me of my Password’ button. A temporary password will be sent straight your inbox with instructions on how to reset it.
Delivery Address
Type your delivery name and address on this page. The delivery name and address may be different to the billing address, ideal if you would like to send the package as a gift. Click next to go to the Payment Information page.
Payment Information
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Paypal.
To pay by credit or debit card select the card type and fill in your card details. To pay using Paypal, click on the Paypal link to be redirected to their site.
For credit or debit card payments, where there is a start date or valid from date you will need to type this in and the issue number for switch cards.
You must fill in the security code field. The security code is the last three digits on the reverse of your card on the signature strip.
Billing Address: this must be the address at which the card is registered to. The delivery address will automatically be displayed in these fields. Type over these details to change them, if your billing address is different to the delivery address that you have given. Our payment service provider checks the card details against the billing address. These and the security code of the card must match for the payment to be accepted. Click next to continue to the Summary & Confirm page.
Summary & Confirm
This page displays a summary of your order. The titles and quantities that you have ordered; your delivery address and payment method. To change any of these details click on the ‘Change these details’ button.
Check the box at the bottom of this page to subscribe to our newsletter. Click ‘Next’ to continue to ‘Your receipt’ page.
Credit or Debit Card Declined
Our payment service provider checks that your card details are registered to the same address you have given as your billing address. The security code is also checked as being registered to your card number. If either your security code or billing address do not match the registed card details your order will be declined. The transaction will be refunded to the card and an email will be sent to you indicating that we have been unable to process your order. Occasionally this may be a mistyped number, in these instances we would ask you to try the transaction again.
Your Receipt
A receipt of your transaction is displayed on this page. This is the page where you add your password so we can store your details to make return visits even easier. Print this page or make a note of your order reference number. You will need to quote your order reference number on any correspondence or queries. Type in a memorable password, retype your password to confirm and click ‘Submit’ to complete. Make a note of your password. You can now use your email address and password to Fast Track your future orders. Using Fast Track means you can checkout even quicker. When you log in as an existing customer using your email address and password we will recall your details and simply ask you to check them before completing your order. Click continue shopping to return to the product pages for further browsing.
Pricing; Currency; Customs Charges
Our prices are in English pounds(inclusive of VAT), Euros, or US Dollars. Your card issuer may apply charges for currency converting. These charges are applied by your card issuer, we accept no responsibility for these.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive a newsletter with new product details, special offers and new services no more than once every month. You may unsubscribe to our newsletter at any time, simply reply to the newsletter and type unsubscribe in the subject field. Your email address will be removed from out database.
