  • What if I haven’t received my goods within 5 working days of placing my order?

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 5 working days, notify us by email, onlinestore@gbposters.com, with the words ‘goods not received’ followed by your ‘order reference number’ in the email subject box. Our customer care coordinator will investigate it for you.

  • What if my order is damaged when I receive it?

Your goods are shipped to you in strong cardboard tubes. If for any reason your order is damaged whilst in transit we will be happy to replace it for you. Notify us by email, onlinestore@gbposters.com, with the words ‘damaged order’ followed by the order reference number in the subject box. In the body of the email please indicate if all or part of your order has been damaged. Return your order to our freepost address:

Our customer care team will resend your order and notify you by email when it has been despatched.

  • What if my order is out of stock?

In the unlikely event that your order is out of stock, our customer care coordinator will notify you immediately. An estimated delivery time will be given based upon when the title is due back in stock. If you do not wish to wait until the title is back in stock you may order an alternative title or request a refund.

  • What if my order is wrong?

We take the greatest care when picking and packing your order. Since we are only human, if we do get your order wrong, please notify us by email, onlinestore@gbposters.com, with the words ‘wrong order’ followed by your order reference number in the subject box. Please return the wrongly sent items to our freepost address along with the dispatch note:

  • What if I am dissatisfied with my order?

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason we will be happy to refund or replace it. Notify us by email, onlinestore@gbposters.com, with the words ‘dissatisfied with my order’ followed by the order reference number in the subject box. Return your order to our freepost address:

with the action that you would like us to take in the body of the email. We will replace your order with alternative titles from our site, equivalent to the same monetary value, or give you a full refund. Please return the dispatch note along with your goods. Orders returned without the dispatch note will not be accepted.

  • What if I do not want to pay online?

Our site is safe and secure. We use secure sockets layered technology, your data is encrypted whilst in transit. However, if you are not confident about paying online you can pay by cheque or postal order.

If you’d prefer to send us a cheque or postal order, use our online 4-click checkout until you get to the order and delivery details confirmation page. Print this page and post it along with your cheque or postal order to:

Your order will be processed as soon as your payment has cleared. Please allow 10 working days for your payment to clear.

  • What if I forget my password?

If you do happen to forget your password, on the sign in page click on the ‘Remind me of my password’ button. A password will be sent straight your inbox with instructions on how to reset.

  • What if I want to update my details?

You can change your billing address details when you place your next order. Simply login to the express check out as normal and edit your details on the confirm delivery details page, click update and your new details will be stored for future orders.

  • How do I use the express check out?

When you have completed your first order, the very last page will give you the option to enter your email address and a password. We will securely store your delivery details under your email address and password. We do not store your card details. When you make future orders, simply choose the express checkout option in the basket. You will be able to log in using your email address and password and complete your purchase with your card details. Express check out saves time by storing your delivery address so you don’t have to retype them every time you make a purchase.

  • What is the express check out?

The express checkout is the quickest way to order from the online store. When you have completed your first purchase from the online store the final page gives you the option to enter your email address and a password. We will store your delivery details with your email address and password. When you make repeat purchases, simply select the express checkout from the basket and enter your email address and password. This will save you time by bringing up the delivery details that we have stored for you.
