The team at PlayStation have taken us by surprise today by announcing the new PlayStation Classic. Here’s what we know so far.
When will it be released?
December 3rd, just in time for Christmas!
What games will it include?
This magic mini console recreation comes pre-loaded with 20 ‘genre defining’ games. Those games so far have been announced as Final Fantasy VII, Jumping Flash!, Wild Arms, TEKKEN 3 and Ridge Racer Type 4. More will undoubtedly be announced on the run up to the release on December 3rd.
How much will it cost?
£89.99 – which we think for 20 pre-loaded classic games, is a steal.
How big is it?
Can’t possibly spare the space to store yet another console? We hear you. This little beauty is 45% smaller than the original release, so space is no issue.
What about multiplayer games?
It comes with 2 controllers for any multiplayer gaming you want to do, so get your player 2 ready!
