Shipping Your Order

We take the greatest care in packing your order to ensure that it has the best possible chance of reaching you in perfect condition. We were hoping you could get your chosen items as soon as possible and for you to have the best possible experience when ordering from GB Posters. We understand however that problems can sometimes occur during delivery, so we have a friendly and dedicated customer service team available 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday who are always willing to answer any questions you may have and solve any issues that may arise. Handling Time Before Despatch

Our orders are usually despatched within 48 working hours of placing your order; our despatch team operate Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 8am - 4pm. Please be advised that although we do strive to despatch all orders within 48 hours, this isn’t always possible during busy periods or due to occasional stock limitations. If your order is likely to be delayed due to stock availability, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss.

EVRI 48-Hour Express Tracked Delivery

Price - £2.99
Orders received before 1 pm will be dispatched the same day on the EVRI 48-Hour Express Tracked Delivery service. Orders placed over the weekend, and after 1 pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Our Delivery Services

EVRI 48 Hour Express Service - This is a fully tracked service, delivered Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. You will receive an email from EVRI with your tracking number, track your order here or download the Your EVRI app here for iOS devices or here for Android devices

  • EVRI offer up to 3 delivery attempts
  • EVRI deliver 7 days a week
  • EVRI will email and update in the app the 2 hour time slot for delivery
  • EVRI will take photographic evidence for every successful delivery
  • EVRI will show in the app the geo location of the position of the parcel delivery
  • You can also nominate a delivery date through the app if you are not going to be at home
  • You can request your parcel to be left at one of EVRI 15000+ ParcelShops if you prefer
  • If you are not at home you can set a preference for the parcel to be left in a Safe Place, with a Neighbour, ParcelShop & Locker or an Alternative address, all through the easy to use EVRI app

Non-Delivery

If your order has not been received within the expected time frame, we will be happy to investigate the problem. There can be several reasons why this may be the case, how we respond and solve the issue depends on what has happened. The reasons and outcomes are itemised below:

International Deliveries (currently unavailable)

When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.

In general, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

As it is not possible to predict the value of these fees, if any, will be applied, GB Posters isn’t responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed on the site

Incorrect Address

If the wrong address has been entered by the customer, the order will most likely be returned to our warehouse. If this is the case we can arrange for re-delivery but there will be a second delivery charge payable by the customer. If however the customer contacts us to correct the address prior to despatch (normally within 24 hours) then we will endeavour to update your order free of charge. If the order goes missing due to an incorrect address then a new order will need to be placed.

Nobody At the Address To Take Delivery

If you are unavailable to sign for your EVRI parcel they will usually attempt up to three delivery on the next available weekday. If you are not available at the time of the second attempted delivery a calling card will be left detailing where you can collect your order from and an update on the EVRI app. 

Order Missing

If an order simply goes missing, we will first investigate and then offer to re-send the order free of charge if there is no other explanation. Orders will only be considered missing if 10 working days have passed without delivery since the despatch of the order and no proof of photographic evidence of delivery from EVRI.

Item Not Dispatched

If the order has not been dispatched from the GB Posters distribution centre, firstly we will investigate the matter. If this is due to an item being out of stock, we will offer the opportunity for the customer to either take an alternative item, wait for the item to come into stock, or take a refund. If the item has not been dispatched due to an internal error, we will dispatch the order immediately on an upgraded delivery service.
