Online Extended Returns Policy - Christmas 2022

Here at GB Posters, we want to encourage our customers to shop for Christmas gifts with the confidence that if their choice of gift is not right, you can return them hassle-free.


Exchange or credit
Goods purchased between Monday 17th October 2022 and Saturday 24th December 2022 can be returned for an exchange, or for a credit in the form of a gift card up to the close of business Tuesday 31st January 2023.

Refunds
Refunds can be issued within 30 days of purchase, in line with our returns policy. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. For purchases made with gift cards or vouchers, we will issue a credit in the form of a gift card or e-voucher.

Any goods which have been supplied according to your particular specification, or which are personalized or custom-built cannot be returned in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Standard Returns Policy

At GB Posters, we want you to be able to shop with confidence. Should you be dissatisfied with a purchase from the GB Posters website, you may return unused products in their original packaging and with any labels within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. For purchases made with gift cards or vouchers, we’ll issue a credit in the form of a gift card or e-voucher.

Any goods which have been supplied according to your particular specification, or which are personalised or custom-built cannot be returned in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. All goods returned must meet the terms of our returns policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

The cost of returning your purchase where we have sent the wrong item in error, or the item has arrived faulty / damaged will be refunded*. We recommend that you use an established courier company, with a tracked delivery service. *American Golf will not reimburse any supplementary costs if you choose a delivery service other than the least expensive method.

Please complete the form on the reverse of your delivery note and include this with your return. This will inform us of the action you wish for us to take with your return.

Unwanted Items

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason we are always happy to issue a refund if the items are returned to us undamaged and in a resalable condition within two weeks.

Please notify our team by email at enquiries@gbposters.com including your order details and the reason for return.

Please always include the dispatch note in your return to us so this can be traced back to your order. Goods returned without prior notice by email will not be accepted. 

*Please note that unwanted items are returned at the expense of the customer.

Return Exclusions

You may return unused products in their original packaging and with the labels still attached within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the following goods for returns or refunds, unless they are deemed to be faulty.

Clothing where the label has been removed.
Any socks or headwear that has been worn.

Damaged Goods

At GB Posters we take every care to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition. However, due to the delicate nature of certain products in some rare circumstances, items can arrive damaged.

Our aim is to ensure complete satisfaction with your order and to allow us to offer a quicker response time to our customers we operate a photo returns policy for any goods received in damaged condition.

Please follow these steps if you have received damaged items.

  • 1. Email enquiries@gbposters.com with your order reference number in the subject field.
  • 2. Describe in as much detail as possible the damage to your product and attach photographic evidence detailing the damage to the product.
  • 3. We will contact you within 24 hours to process a replacement.

T&C

  • Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  • GB eye Ltd reserves the right to request the return of the product without notice before issuing a refund or replacement.
  • If an identical replacement is not available, customers will be offered the choice of an item at equal value.
