Venom

Venom is a fictional character from Marvel Comics. Originally Spider-Man's archenemy he's now transformed from villain to anti-hero. The first full appearance of Venom came in The Amazing Spider-Man #300 in May 1988. Since then Venom has appeared in his own stand alone comics including Venom: Lethal Protector. Tom Hardy portrays Eddie Brock in the 2018 film Venom, staring alongside Michelle Williams, Riz Ahmed, Scott Haze and Reid Scott. During the film journalist Brock is bound to an alien symbiote (an amorphous extraterrestrial) that gives him superpowers.
